Das Debutalbum „Ungeschminkt“ ist ein sehr persönliches Erstwerk, indem der Interpret Erlebnisse und Begebenheiten seines Lebens verarbeitet. Lieder, die roh und unverfälscht Sorgen, Ängste und Schmerzen widerspiegeln und damit direkt ins Herz gehen.

+ Onk Lou (Ivir Zivir)
Onk Lou is a young singer/songwriter from Lower Austria. His songs tell stories about dropouts, who should have stayed home, “stayers”, who regret that they never made a step out of the door and what to do if a pack of wolves is on your tail. Variable rhythms and powerful melodies affect his music, which is called “Ivir Zivir” by himself.

▷ Mi 18.11 Chris Magerl (Singer-Songwriter)
Man könnte Chris Magerl als typischen Singer/Songwriter bezeichnen. Man könnte auch sagen seine Musik sei Akustikpunk. Wahrscheinlich ist es ein bisschen von beidem, vielleicht sogar noch ein bisschen mehr.
Chris Magerl war viel unterwegs, tourte durch Europa und verließ auch schon mal den Kontinent. Er spielte dabei auf riesen Festivals genauso wie in kleinen Pubs und Proberäumen. Diesen Sommer begab er sich ausserdem auf die Spuren von Johnny Cash und spielte ein Konzert auf einer geschlossenen Station des Landeskrankenhaus Graz Süd West.
Nun ist er im Herbst wieder quer durch Österreich unterwegs und singt seine Geschichten über das Leben, über seines und über das der anderen.

Ryder Havdale is no stranger to the road: from 2007 to 2013 he embarked on countless international tours with his former project, the Mohawk Lodge, taking him across Canada, the UK, the U.S., Europe and Australia. Now, after living in a self-imposed year-long exile in Berlin he exchanged his guitars for synths and his band for machines. Havdale channels the punk rock approach that fuelled the Mohawk Lodge's elemental desire for touring, and experimentally, injects it into the pounding, electronic rhythms of European techno and krautrock. The result is a rhythmic, complex and layered musical texture that is technological and futuristic, but at its heart, also very human.
RYDER's newest release, BERLIN, delivers the same songwriting, mobility, and energy made famous by the Mohawk Lodge in a bold new format. This is the dawn of a new era for this well-loved Canadian artist, driven by the call of the road and the kinds of challenges that only touring enables you to overcome.
The following tracks will be re-invented, re-mixed and re-recorded live on this upcoming tour, and the end result will be the final version of BERLIN.
